Hi Picky Community! I'm hoping to get some input from others, especially those who have participated in the "My Picky Debut" campaign (the one for Shining New Creators).

​I was selected as a winner, but I'm facing a few confusing conflicts and communication issues, and I wanted to know if this is a common experience:

​Face Requirement vs. Content Style: The guidelines strictly require you to "Show your face clearly" in the video. For creators whose brand is strictly no face content, this is a barrier. Has anyone successfully gotten a compromise or waiver on this rule?

​Contradictory Rules: The event asked us to review a product we already own and love. But then I received an automated 'Final Call' email warning about missing/undelivered packages ,which makes no sense for an owned product review! Has anyone else been confused by this?

​No Communication: I never received the official winner confirmation email after being notified in the app, and my follow up messages to Support asking for clarification (including asking about a compromise on the face rule) have not been answered.

​I've officially submitted a withdrawal ticket to clarify everything and protect my account for future events, but I'm curious: Has anyone else encountered this level of conflicting rules and silence from support? Any advice on handling it would be appreciated!
