Both but actually I'm more into liquid type. But sun sticks are good for traveling or touch up!

Im definetly team sun scream its the best honestly especially under makeup. It’s easily applied and dried down in seconds.
The sticks maybe better for like carry in purse and reaplying at the beach or somewhere you will be exposed to the sun and need to re apply 🫶🏻
