I feel like the redness is due to broken capillaries. I've been using my red light devices on them and I think it helps. You can research what RLT device fits your needs and budget

Dry/Sensitive
If you're referring to enlarged pores, I would suggest using skincare targeted for minimizing pores.
I don't recommend the Retinal Collagen mask if you have sensitivities.

Oily/Sensitive
Those pics are super blurry, at least for me- does the area also feel itchy and/or painful? It might be dry skin and if so you may want to pare back on actives for a little while until you can get a more effective moisturizer. I rec this one as its meant for both dry AND sensitive skin, and is excellent for the skin barrier. Thats one of the first places i start noticing dry skin so thats why i thought of this first!!!

Despite the ultra blurry pictures since the camera doesn’t take macro shot
(Just take at normal focus length at high resolution and crop out and zoom to your nose.
When I had it, it seems only Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2 managed to remove for me. Like I get why this really strong alcohol product is one of their best seller and I always have some in my collection. Although the red flares doesn’t seem to appear anymore
