Update: Thankfully the dryness has subsided. I ended up using a balm (Aquafor) at night to help seal in the moisture from all my skincare and give an extra boost of hydration. I think it may have been caused by me using an exfoliating toner or retinol to close to my eyes. I’ve been careful to avoid my under eyes with certain skincare. 

I’m looking for any help with dry under eyes. I use different eye creams for day/night but lately you can see visable dry patches. I can’t use concealer or foundation anywhere near it or it looks like flakey dried skin buildup (see picture). It also feels sensitive sometimes and a get a very slight burning feeling when I apply my skincare. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Under Eye Dryness

Do you use this directly after washing your face or after toner/essence? Sometimes directions that say “apply to clean dry skin” actually mean after applying toner. Thanks!

Where in routine?

Any suggestions on the best way to apply this mask? The first time I used it, it kept sliding off and ripped easily (prob because of my nails and the material of the mask). Since it’s a 30 min mask I’m guessing I’ll need to lie down while it’s on. Thanks

Mask Help

I recently saw a video on social media that if you apply this and continue rubbing it onto your skin (similar to oil cleansing), it will start to unclog your pores and you’ll see and feel it. I did this and I did actually feel a bunch of stuff on my hands and face but I’m curious if it’s gunk coming out of my pores or just the actual product pilling off my skin. I still like the product by itself but I want to make sure I’m not wasting any of this amazing product. Thanks!

Is it true?

I’ve been using this for a few months and absolutely love it! One of my favorite TikTok Creators, Juliahni, made a video that I was grateful for seeing before I started using this cream. I would never have known the best way too use this.

If you leave it on too long you could get a little red and irritated. 

I knew I would love this the moment I heard about it. I still wear a mask at work and my chin has been my trouble zone for awhile now. I love that this covers the whole area and I don’t end up using a bunch of small patches. It fits my chin perfectly. The results were incredible. My chin felt flat and soft afterwards. I will definitely continue using these as part of my weekly skincare routine. 

Update: After using this for 6 months I now understand this product. It is essentially making minuscule holes for all my skincare to penetrate more deeply and allow my skincare to actually do what it’s supposed to do. 

Original Review: I was, and honestly still am, a little confused with the Reedle Shots. I don’t know if it is an exfoliation type of product, a skin barrier repair or to help with hydration type of product. I looked online, asked other users, but I received multiple responses that confused me even more. 

First let me say, I’ve also used the Reedle Shot 100. It was a little bit more tingly than the Reedle Shot 100, but again, nothing uncomfortable. I noticed a light flush (which I consider a good thing) and the rest of my skincare went on nicely. I liked that it worked well with my other skincare and I do feel that it helped any skincare I used afterwards to absorb and sink in on a deeper level. It almost reminds me of when I use micro needling at home. It helps to get the ingredients a little deeper rather than to sit on top. I noticed my skin looked brighter. I enjoyed the packaging as well.. 

I recently was able to try this sunscreen and I can completely understand why it’s one of Koreas top sunscreens. It is definitely in my top5 of all time now. I’m in my 40s with dry skin and this feels amazing. My skin feels hydrated and plump. My makeup goes on beautifully and there is a glow from within. Plus you can’t beat that it’s factor 50++ and doesn’t make my skin feel clogged or irritated. 

I wish the instructions explained a little more about how to use the product (regarding the balls and skin type) because I had to learn it from TikTok. 

This product truly shows how ahead of the game Korean beauty is. I was blown away with this product. Not only is this a beautiful cream, but the fact that they included red light therapy is amazing. The cream feels luxurious on the skin and left it looking bright and glowy. The red light therapy tool also vibrates so it helps the product absorb so much better. I actually saw online that each skin type uses a different amount of product so for me (dry/normal), I use one “white ball “ and one scoop of gel cream. Once they are blended together it feels like the perfect combination. Makeup sits nicely overtop as well.

I’ve been using a similar product with this type of consistency for awhile so I was naturally curious how this would work. First let me say that I love any product that has more than one use. This is an essence that helps with hydration but also exfoliates. As you can see in the picture, it pulls out the gunk in my skin and makes the dead skin peel and roll right off. It does add more time onto my routine when I exfoliate (you’ll rub for about 3-5mins) but the results are worth it. It’s extremely satisfying. I use it as an exfoliator twice a week and as an essence daily. I feel that it has helped with my skin barrier as well and it leaves my skin baby soft.
