Shouldn&#39;t use the exfoliating side more than once a week, it could lead to damaging the skin. 
No complaints about the product though.

I am one of those people that don&#39;t cleanse my face in the morning, I find these pads to be an amazing alternative as it doesn&#39;t over clean my face like face washes or cleansers would. 
It leave my face feeling fresh and clean, whilst not extracting moisture from my skin leaving it feeling dry.
