I don’t know where to begin, all my life I have had such a clear skin without even a single spot or acne. I shifted to a different city 3 months ago and since then I have been facing break outs which is only getting worse not at all better. These are red itchy painful pimples. I am also unable to stop myself from scratching these pimples 🥲

I have tried Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid, AHA BHA peel, Benzoyl Peroxide soap and 2.5% BP cream, Snail Mucin. Literally nothing is stopping these breakouts and these are leaving ugly marks. I wish to get married in an year and this is a very awful situation.

I am scared to visit derm as it might worsen if they give some strong actives and those end up messing my skin.


Does ice roller helps in calming inflammation and reduces pimples? I am trying this out. I would love know some calming, acne safe products.

Acne breakouts 🆘🆘🆘

I am facing these red bumps and inflammation all over my face and even on my neck. I have no idea why this is happening and what I should do to fix it. I kept exfoliating my skin with chemical peel, BHA. It doesn’t seem to go away. Please help.

ps - photo is few days old, I have more such red bumps.
