Does anyone accepted on this campaign and not receive the product even until now? Last time they sent me email confirmation about shipment but there’s no tracking numbers in it. And i emailed them to give me the track numbers they don’t respond it at all :( And it’s already D-9 till the deadline ㅠㅠ it’s my first time having delayed package

Problema
Hola alguna tuvo problemas con esta campaña? Yo no pude reclamarlos porque nunca me dieron el código, y cuando lo hicieron ya no había productos disponibles. El problema es que me están pidiendo el contenido y trato de escribirles a soporte y me marca error, no se que hacer, algún consejo?
