I have super dry skin, and currently dealing with so many tiny bumps on both of my cheeks.

Currently using this one exfoliator (I will tag the product), but am scared that I over-exfoliate my skin that I also experienced skin peeling on both of my cheeks a few days ago.

Any suggestion, to reduce tiny bumps and hydration products for super dry skin? Or what should I do to treat tiny bumps?
