Hi, im currently on adapalene prescription and i find out its very hard for me to manage the side effects ( redness, damaged skin barrier , irritated and flaky skin ) besides purging. Im looking for barrier reparing balms / moisturiser.

Nothing much but super sensitive skin should be aware as this might be slightly harsh on your skin.

Description : mask + scrub. 
 
How I use it : Preferably I would mix this with water and leave it on for 5-10 mins ( daily basis ). You can opt for toners  too.  
I’ve never used this as scrub ( physical exfoliator)  since it may be a little harsh on my acne prone skin. Finally, would rinse it off with water and towel dry. 

My experience :
Acne saviour during  my severe breakout days. The real hero for acne especially for those  on my cheeks. 

Star ⭐️ ingredients: 

🕊Oatmeal in the mask soothes my skin and reduces the inflammation. I can clearly see the effect on the next day. 
🕊Turmeric reduces the size of the acne. 

Started noticing minor differences in few days. For the final results definitely need to stick with the routine for at least a month. 

Pros : 
 ✨helps to reduce the (red )cystic acne in 1-2 days 
✨ lessen the  inflammation after few hours 
✨ didn’t see much differences on my scars 

Cons : 
🥀 minor stain ( yellowish tint ) after washing. You may wash with cleanser to remove the stain. 

Disclaimer : I use this as mask every single day  ( Inspired by @ ) without fail for more than 3 months to obtain the desired results. YMMV 🙏 

Usage period  :  been using since last year ( 2020 July ) 
Eventually I’m no longer using it daily as my acne has subsided. 

Final thoughts : 
A staple product in my routine when I have cystic ( hormonal ) acne. Pair it with a soothing serum after washing the mask off and you are good to go. 
BEST Treatment for acne⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s a must try  if you are struggling with hormonal acne. @fuzah is a living proof.

Initially, I was quite skeptical to use it as it contains EO. Since I didn’t have any bad reaction after patch testing I just kept on using it for sometime. After 4 - 5 days I realised this spoiled helps with acne. It kinda soothes the skin and shrinks the pimples ( not an overnight process ) but in few days. For someone who struggles with acne for the longest amount of time this ampoule really works wonders. 

Aubriey : It was a love at first use. I patch tested on my neck and I just loved it. It gave me so much soft and smoothness. I started to used it on my face the night itself. It really helps with my skin clarity and overall skin barrier as you may know I’ve over exfoliated my face with dermaplanning few weeks back and this is a real game changer.

Cons 🥀:
Fairly, I didn’t see any cons from this cream. Maybe the price might be on the pricier side but it is really worth it. 😍🥰

How I use it : I take the amount needed by the provided spatula (applicator ) and apply as the last step of my routine in the night. Mostly I do use this cream as my morning moisturiser on the next day of my post retinol  routine. 


Star ⭐️ ingredients:  ceramide , hyaluronic acid , panthenol,  allantoin, madecassoside
 My experience: Honestly, I love everything from this moisturiser. From the texture till the results!  I’ve finished 1&#47;4 of my moisturiser in less than 2 weeks. It’s a great occlusive for heavy  retinol users like me. My skin barrier has been compromised lately as you may know. Hence, I’ve been using with adapalene for one week and with retinol for almost one week. I love the notable results of it. It really moisturises and  retains the moisture till the next morning or till my next face wash session. My oily , combination skin absolutely loves it and I’ve never felt heavy on my skin neither sticky nor tacky. Also another great point of this cream is, it does go along with any sunscreen or any other skincare products. No piling at all 😍 in addition, I’ve seen significant difference in my post acne recovery period. The acne shrinks in lesser time compared to before. The small cute spatula applicator gives me life. I’ve been always hesitant and sceptical to use moisturisers from jars because it might get contaminated easily, but this helps me to conserve the shelf life. Love it !

Pros 🌹 :

How I use it : preferably I would mix it with water on leave it on for 10-15 mins ( max 20mins ) two to three times in  a week.

My experience: One word; Holy grail ! This has been my favourite product &amp; staple  in my routine for two years 🥰😍(till I repurchase it) Really helped to overcome my acne and could see visible brightening effect. The brightening effect is not overwhelming but definitely can see brighter skin after rinsing. (YMMV )I really love the color of the mask, very appealing to me and looks like @sandandsky clay mask 😍❤️. 
Pros : 
 🥳Deep pore cleansing 🧼 
🥳One tub lasts really long time although I use it frequently 
🥳 the  color looks  &amp; slightest bit of rose scent 😍

Cons : Couldn’t find any cons over here 🥰😍

Final thoughts : I think it’s really worth it for the price point. It’s affordable and lasts a really long time. Since it comes in powder form the expiry date is 2 years from the manufacturing date which is great for skincare products hoarder. 😅

A quick comparison between the old one and improved new version : 

✔️ The powder is super soft and smooth 
✔️The color is more pinkish compared to old one 
✔️The rose scent is quite prominent in the new version 
✔️Brighter looking skin from the new version

My experience: the pimples underneath the skin will come to surface within few hours or max in one day. Those pimples on surface will shrink overnight. Love the scent of it. (Herbal &amp; mint scent. ) 😍😍😍 honestly , the scent is added value for this product. I can see myself purchasing this in future just for the scent itself. LOVE !

~  reduces acne flare ups  especially in chin area 
~ The (herbal,mint )scent 😍💯 

 🥀 Cons : 
The price point.
 I might consider this as  a little too expensive since the price range is  around RM 100 for 75 ml. If you have the budget then definitely give it a shot.

Final thoughts : My fav mask ⭐️😍yes, it’s a great mask that comes handy. Reminiscing the past makes me kinda miss using this mask. Definitely would repurchase if I have extra budget 🤭
