Oily Skin Holy Grail Product

Hello. 2-3 months ago i used to have an oily skin and now I have a combination with oily t-zone! the area also around my mouth and nose are really dry to the point of chipping (is this the right word?) 
Today I bought cosrx snail mucin cream, I had these cream a year ago or two and my skin was really oily w it. Tonight it was absorbed within 3 minutes! WOW. I applied a second layer after 2 hours. 
Does anyone have had this happen? Any tips? I think I might need some extra moisture.
My Skincare routine is simple!
1. Heimish Balm
2.Kaine calming gel cleanser
3. Pyunkang Yul spray toner
4. skin 1004 centella gel cream (I used to use that one, and now changed to cosrx)

NIGHT:
Double cleanse with Cosrx low ph cleanser and dr. Creurale ac solution pink gel
Cosrx AHA/BHA toner (every other night)
Some by mi 30 days miracle serum AHA/PHA/BHA (every other night also)
Beauty of joseon glow serum
Iunik black snail muccin
Some by mi 30 days miracle cream
OR 
IUNIK centella calming gel
OR
Iunik betan glucan daily moisture cream

Oily skin, what to remove? Or not

I have heard from many skincare influencers that eye creams are just overpriced moisturizers. What is your opinion about that? Have you seen any difference by using them?

What you wish you knew earlier about skincare? Please say as some of us might be doing something of those! I will go first. I wish i knew that i need to apply sunscreen EVERY DAY and not skipping it because my vitamin C was making my skin matte. And i liked it. And i was sitting in the sun.

You can spread it and its sticky , and looks like a soap when u apply it

Haven't seen really any huge difference but it's okay

I got this product as a sample , I was using it along with the serum of the same lines. It worked wonders on my pores and my pores give me a hard time for a long time. 10/10 for me.

It is moisturising and not sticky! My holy grail and the only sunscreen I trust! I repurchased many times and now with every order I order 5x at least!
