if you have very dry skin or are on a tight budget, you might want to explore other options.

If you’re seeking a gentle, soothing toner with clean ingredients and a lightweight feel, the Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner is a solid choice. 

On its own, may not feel hydrating enough for skin that’s very dry or compromised; additional moisturizing steps are needed.
