Propolis is that part of the beehive which cements the walls together. I used to confuse it with beeswax! Read my post to know more.:)

Have you guys tried Beta-glucan? These are very soothing polysaccharides from cell walls of mushrooms, yeasts, bacteria, oats and barley.

It is so good that based on many published research, it can actually significantly improve wound healing even on patients with long-standing wounds.

I have been getting this question from a few patients and I thought of posting it here too (for those who haven't seen my IG post on this).

After getting this question from a patient, I got curious and check the internet. And lo and behold, there are articles talking about this! And a few doctors who have been observing this from patients. There was a doctor who said that her patient has worsened acne due to drying effects of chlorine, when she transfered to a city with higher chlorine in the water.

Can chlorine in your tap cause acne to flare?

So far i have had no problems with this, despite me having very sensitive skin.

This is a great product as it truly cleanses! Plus the antioxidant boost from a high percentage of matcha. Great for those who regularly use AHAs and BHAs as this cleanser seems to toughen the skin. Love it.

Fluid serum that feels so velvety once it dries up on the skin. Calms down my skin and actually PREVENTED new pimple lesion from coming out. I AM NOT KIDDING. The best serum ever for my sensitive, acne-prone, skin! Plus I have rosacea. It has calmed it down! Amazing!

So far, me and my husband did not have any issues with this. Love it.

This product is truly moisturizing, yet not sticky. My husband uses this more than the other gel moisturizers i made him try.:)

My only comment on this is that it&#39;s oily so my T-zone gets super oily with this, thus the need to blot with tissues&#47;blotting paper. But feels hydrating on my dry cheeks part.

This product is good because of all the ingredients in there. Plus fragrance-free and free of other common irritants! Just started using this, about 2wks now and so far so good!  I shall update this after 2months if it delivers its promises. 😊😂

I have no problems with this solution so far.

I love this among the whole elmt range. I use this in the morning too, and i didnt have any problems. I&#39;m so happy that i found a niacinamide that can be layered on with my skincare without feeling so thick and greasy (most niacinamide creams tend to be thick). Qill update this after 2-4wks regarding the brightening effects.:)
