Hi! I read that we have to reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hrs. Can we still apply sunscreen on top of makeup? Is there a sunscreen that is in a spray bottle?

I know that this is effective for treating acne but it leaves dark spots :( is it just me or what? Any tips on how to treat hyperpigmentation and also the right way to apply benzoyl peroxide.
