So who went to the BYOMA pop in London? 

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to go to the BYOMA pop up in London. I braved it and went all alone. I met some incredible people and got some amazing goodies.

I travelled all the way from Birmingham so it was over a 2 and half hours commute  to get there! Now that shows I’m a true BYOMA Fan!! I’m not going to lie they founder himself MARK went above and beyond along with his colleagues and managed to get me some great goodies. 

Can’t wait for the next event to happen!!

Sorry received an email from DHL saying that I have a parcel coming for me now I’m a bit confused because if this is from Picky then they haven’t announced that I am one of the 300 that was picked so therefore I do not know if I have been picked via Picky or I have manually applied  for the brand myself. How will I find out if it’s from Picky or the brand Directly?

On the Picky description it says when it will be announced on the 18th, but I am due to get my parcel on the 14th so I’m a bit confused. Can someone please explain? Screenshots are below

The hydration boost is great, but I didn’t notice significant changes in brightening or anti-aging effects over time. However, for the price, it’s a solid hydrating serum that does what it promises!

The Bubble Water Slide Hydration Boosting Serum is a fantastic lightweight serum that gives my skin an instant boost of hydration! The hyaluronic acid + peptides combo makes my skin feel plump, smooth, and refreshed. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers beautifully under moisturiser and SPF. It works especially well for dry skin, providing long-lasting hydration without feeling heavy or greasy. Plus, the packaging is cute and easy to use

The only slight downside is that it can be easy to overuse too much can make the hair feel a little heavy. But as long as I stick to a few drops, it works beautifully.

I was skeptical at first, but the Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Hair Treatment has genuinely improved my hair’s hydration and manageability. The lightweight, serum-like formula absorbs quickly without feeling greasy or weighing my hair down. Infused with hyaluronic acid, it provides an instant boost of hydration, leaving my hair softer, smoother, and more manageable. It’s especially great for tackling frizz and adding moisture without making my roots oily.

The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a pump, so getting the right amount of product can be a bit tricky. Also, because it’s a long-wearing formula, it can feel slightly drying if my skin isn’t properly prepped with a good moisturiser.

The Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation in 3W2 Cashew has completely elevated my makeup routine. The coverage is impressive—medium to full, yet it still looks natural and blends effortlessly into the skin. It sets to a soft matte finish and genuinely lasts all day without fading or transferring, even in heat and humidity. The shade 3W2 Cashew is a perfect warm-toned match, evening out my complexion while feeling lightweight and comfortable. It also controls shine well without looking flat, making it ideal for long wear.

I got the Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum as part of the Dewy Babies Kit and tested all the products, but honestly, the miniature sizes weren’t enough to see long-term benefits. While the texture feels nice and hydrating, I can't say for sure how well it actually works over time. For the price, I do think it’s a bit steep, especially considering the amount given. I’d need a full-size bottle to truly determine if it’s worth the investment!

 This serum is a game-changer! The texture is lightweight yet deeply hydrating, leaving my skin plump, bouncy, and glowing. The plum + hyaluronic acid combo is a dream for locking in moisture without feeling sticky. It layers beautifully under makeup and absorbs like a dream. My skin has never felt this soft and supple—definitely a new staple in my routine!

the texture can feel quite thick straight from the tube, and if it’s cold, it sometimes needs warming up between my fingers before applying. Also, it can leave a slight residue if not rinsed properly, so I prefer to use a flannel to remove it completely.

The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm has been an absolute saviour for my skin. The thick, rich balm melts down into a silky oil, effortlessly breaking down makeup, SPF, and daily grime while feeling incredibly soothing. The star ingredients—oat kernel oil and colloidal oatmeal—work wonders for calming irritation and keeping my skin barrier happy. After rinsing, my skin feels clean, soft, and nourished rather than tight or stripped, which is a must for my dry, sensitive skin.
