So my favourite part of doing my skincare is definitely masks, I have oily skin so just wondering what's your recommendations? 🖤

Favourite face masks!

Found it takes ages to melt into an oil, my hands are always freezing so takes an age to get to the right consistency. 

Brilliant cleanser in leaving my skin feel cleansed without it feeling tight or itchy. Maybe not the best at removing make up but I used it to double cleanse when I wasn't wearing as much make up. 

Maybe a bit expensive but I use it daily and it takes forever to run out of. 

I probably have to talk about one of the absolute staples of my routine, I think I may be on my fourth bottle The Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore Tightening Toner is an absolute must-have in my daily regimen. 

First off, the watermelon scent is absolutely divine!  It adds a refreshing touch to my skincare experience, making it a joy to use every day. The lightweight texture feels like a treat on my skin, and it absorbs quickly without any greasy residue. I think James Welsh described it as fat water, I think this is the perfect description as its not thin and runny like some toners. You can apply easily with hands rather than having to use a cotton pad. 

But what truly sets this toner apart is how great it leaves my skin.  It smoothes and tightens my pores, leaving my complexion looking flawless. The PHA and BHA blend is a powerhouse combination that effectively exfoliates, removing impurities and dead skin cells, without causing any irritation and keeps break outs at bay.  

I've always been a bit skeptical of toners but I can't lie this has made a difference. 🖤

For me personally nothing, but it does have fragrance in it which may irritate some. And I do think if someone used this who had dry skin it would dry out the skin further. 

This was one of the first coxrx products I used. I've been on roaccutane in the past but my skin is still quite oily with frequent hormonal breakouts due to endometriosis. First amazing thing about this product is the amount, you get a lot of product for the price and a little drop is enough to foam up and cover the entire face. I've used a bunch of salicylic washes in the past which leave my skin feeling tight and dry but I haven't had that issue with this product which is amazing. It does have a light scent but I quite like it.

Just to sum up

💫 Cleans the face without leaving it tight, itchy or uncomfortable 
💫 The texture is white and creamy, foams up well so a little goes a long way
💫 Does seem to help with mild breakouts. 

I use it daily, twice a day for roughly a month thinks it does a great job. 

Honestly nothing, I absolutely love everything about this product. 

I genuinely have no idea how I lived without this product. I use it weekly and it works so well for the hormonal acne that comes with having endometriosis. 

Ingredients include 2% Salicylic Acid, Vegetable Charcoal, Amazonian Clays and Squalane to combat the dryness the other ingredients may leave. I apply this on clean dry skin all over my face, leave it for ten minutes and to aid with removal especially when it dries down I use a gentle oil cleanser to melt it away. After washing my skin just looks better, I feel like there's an immediate improvement. No tightness or redness my skin just looks smoother and brighter. Occasionally depending on what products I'm using during the rest of my routine I can get some dryness around the nose so I tend to focus on hydration after using this and definitely don't forget the spf. 

Even for the following days you can see the benefit of using this mask. The next morning my skin looks clearer and it does a fantastic job of drying up any active acne on my face. After being on roaccutane most of my acne is just small pimples, but like I said my endometriosis means they're persistant but this product is my holy grail for my oily/acne prone skin. I love testing out skincare and use a lot of masks but I always find myself coming back to this one. This is my third tube and I always have a back up incase it goes out of stock. The price point is amazing as well, £10 for the tube from most places. My only complaint is when you get the tube it feels like it might only be half full but considering you use it once a week it lasts ages and the price point means it's not a hassle to buy an additional tube. Cannot recommend enough.
