I didn't have negative experience with this product. I'm very happy with the results thus far.

I love the natural ingredients in this product, IM FROM BLACK RICE TONER. It cleared my skin, refreshed it, and left my skin soft and ready for the rest of my skincare routine! 

It has too many writing on the package. 
It needs clear how to directions that's easy to find on the package. 

After 20 minutes, my skin felt plump, smooth, and visibly firmer. It’s that bouncy, collagen-rich radiance you see in editorials — but real and touchable. My face felt refreshed, sculpted, and soooo hydrated. Total luxury in a sheet mask!
