If I use the TO marine hyaluron and the niacinamide+zinc in the same routine, which comes first?

Good for oily skin, but do not use on combination skin. Not oily formula and dry fast. Good for sebhorrea skin. My husband loves it.

My fav hydrating serum from TO (Caroline Hirons recommends this product too). I use about 4-5 drops on my face and my skin is a bit dry. I use 2-3 drops on my neck and my cleveage too. Some days I do not use any hydaring cream after this.

I started using this in 2020 november, and today I used all of it. My skin looks softer, brighter and more fresh, with significantly less acne (I use it with the nia+zinc in the AM and the c-vitamin serum in the PM). Love it!!
