It has been completed for 4 days and I have sent two messages. No response except for Picky notifying me I need to complete and submit. I can't submit unless they review and approve all three parts.

Is anyone having issues with Picky reviewing their Talitha Koum Submission ?

They have been looking for custom charges since it was ready to leave S Korea. Never seen this before for the collaborations. And they want $23 for two small products valued between $30-$40. I thought the rate was 15%. Is there a DHL scam?

Anyone having issues with DHL holding Picky deliveries at customs charge in the United States? My Beauty of Joseon collab is being held back at Boston, MA.

💧Re:Wake moist treatment (1.1Fl OZ): It functions as a skin essence toner that moisturizes skin as the pre-step, the texture of liquid solution seems heavy but gets absorbed quick. Non-sticky.

 💧 Into the water-hole ampoule: It reminds me of combination Hyaluronic Acid serum which hydrates and strengthens skin barrier, leaving skin feeling silky and smooth, can be layered with other products, and also works great as a primer for makeup.

💧 Water-Bag barrier cream: It is light in texture, water-based formula. A great hydrator for combination to oil skin, it plumps skin while melting into pores within seconds.
I love using the ampoule and the kit is perfect to take for travel. Vegan and helps to slow down oil production.

It is slightly lighter in coverage than I expected. The product does specify wearing alone for natural glow or over your foundation for extra coverage. I think on certain days I would add it over my regular foundation. Hence, why I believe it has an applicator stick though I rather have a pump. 
I applied it evenly over my face except for my nose where I dabbed on a little extra. It does give a beautiful sun-kissed glow look to your skin with a hint of shimmer. I like the product very much, but I might use it differently on certain days. I really love the glow!!



I did not find anything bad about this product.

 I absolutely love the dream pop color of the Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Blush Wand. I loved that it twists to lock so no product leaks out. The sponge tip allowed for easy application  and is controlled by how much you squeeze. This applicator allows me to apply without wasting product and without making a mess. It is easily buidable so you can go lighter in the day and darker for the evening. 

I recieved #5 Red Oil which is more of a clear oil. Anyway! These feel really great on the lips. They have a really cool jelly like texture and leave a pretty shine on the lips. I didn’t find them to be sticky like a lip gloss at all (like most “lip oils” on the market these days in my opinion.

 They can be quite pigmented so I used a lighter hand for just a wash of color as that is what I like! Nothing else on my lips. The lip oil leaves a pretty little stain behind once the shininess wears off. I find the product easy to reapply during the day without looking patchy or anything like that because of the gel like texture. I am thinking going forward I may use their oils over their water stains since the water stain gives all day color, but dries the lips. These oils would be perfect toppers!!
