I've been using the Alpha-H Liquid Gold as my primary AHA. For those who aren't familiar, it's a 5% Glycolic Acid leave-on solution with licorice root extract. It's an okay product but definitely overpriced.
Since I'm almost out, I'm in need of a new AHA. I prefer a leave-on product that's less than $30. Since glycolic can often be too strong for skin of color, I'd also prefer suggestions for a good lactic acid or mandelic acid product.

None at all! It&#39;s a wonderful product however it may not suit everyone. Even though it&#39;s not a very strong acid, people with sensitive skin may want to start slow.

I think it&#39;s great as the second cleanser (double cleansing) but I&#39;m not sure if it would be efficient enough for those using this as their primary cleanser

Its apparently fragrance-free but I love the citrusy smell! It lathers really well and feels incredible to use. I didn&#39;t think it was stripping at all.

It&#39;s not incredible and you won&#39;t see life-changing effects with it

I love this serum. It&#39;s not miraculous but it&#39;s completely non-irritating and gives your skin a subtle glow. On days my skin is irritated but I still want to give it some love and a glow, this is what I reach for.

It takes some trial and error to find creams that this mixes well with but once you find it, it&#39;s a great product. Also takes a few attempts to get the quantity right for your skin. My skin is moderately sensitive and I can use 3&#47;4 of the spoon.

It definitely brightens my skin!! I love using this with my night cream and waking up with a how the next morning.

None at all. The ingredients, experience, packaging, price point, everything is fabulous.

Tranexamic acid was working pretty well for my PIH anyway but this product and it&#39;s ingredients just amped it up. It&#39;s been the most effective of all the products I&#39;ve tried so far. Definitely recommend this!
