Does anyone know why the second ingredient in this is ALCOHOL? Plain old alcohol. Water, alcohol, niacinimide......I've heard such good things about this product. Why does it have so much and how come nobody else has brought this up before?

Mama went a little crazy on my 'pimples' that probably only I see. I have tons of healing serums and moisturizers and toners.
