I’m looking into hair bonding treatments, there’s three products I’ve been seeing a lot online. Which ones do you have experience with and would you invest in/ recommend ? 💆‍♀️

Hair Bonding Treatments

I believe the product needs clearer instructions in online shops. So I love that it came with clear instructions when I got it this time. You can either use it as an essence, apply a thin layer on your face and have a beautiful glow ✨or as an exforliator where you should apply three thin layers and wait to dry between layers, then you can rub the skin and you’ll notice you’re rubbing of the product and dead skin cells. It looks a bit like a sunscreen that’s pilling.

I received this product for free from Picky and MIXSOON in exchange for my honest review @go.picky @pickyrewards @mixsoon_official  This amazing essence is a vegan alternative for those who want to try snail mucin. It improves my skin texture, reduces blackheads and dead skin cells without irritating the skin. I love that you can use it as an essence that gives the most beautiful, hydrated skin glow but also layer it and use it as a gentle exfoliator without irritating the skin. Whenever my skin is irritated from trying other products or just from my hormones, I use this essence as it noticeably speeds up the cell turnover and heals the skin quicker than no other product I’ve tried so far. It’s a real holy grail for me and it’s only made me more curious to try out other @mixsoon_official products

This Kaine Green Calm Aqua Cream is simple yet effective. It is a water-based cream that is soothing, moisturizing, reduces redness and doesn’t cause irritation. Its gel form makes it very light yet hydrating and leaves a beautiful glow. I also lend it out to a friend on holiday who also loved it and wanted details to get it herself.
It is also suitable for sensitive skin types and helps restore the skin barrier due to its calming formulation.
Would totally buy this again ✨

It’s a bit on the expensive side for how much use you get out of the product, with daily use its gone in less than two months. I feel like a gentle cleanser and exfoliating toner would have similar effects. Therefore I’m not sure if I would buy it again. Though it definitely feels like a nice extra in your routine.

I have been using these toner pads as part of my morning routine and am loving them. I skip cleansers in the morning and just splash my face with some water and use these toner pads instead to feel refreshed.
It’s my first time using toner pads and the formula is so interesting! They are infused with BHA are textured on one side to exfoliate but also with Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella 4X Complex and 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid, to hydrate and fortify the skin barrier. I love how it is both calming yet exfoliating as a lot of exfoliators tend to be too rough. The pads are soaked in essence which absorbs quickly into the skin. It has a light fragrance that does not bother me nor irritates my skin.

The mask is supposed to be appied after cleansing. For me it didn't always feel like it gave my skin the nutrients that it needed so i sometimes combined it with some face oil. Therefore it is a great product to me for summertime but I would use a heavier, oil-based product during the winter.

This mask reminded me of applying aloe gel after a sunburn. The texture of the gel was light, smooth and was easy to apply. The product is waterbased and slightly sticky (not in a way that it bothers) The smell of the gel was sweet, fruity and a little strong for my liking however completely natural. It was hydrating and my skin felt light and supple when waking up the next morning.
You can also keep it in the fridge for an extra cooling effect when applied, however I didn't get around to trying that yet.
Overall i liked using this product and it feels like a good added step into my skincare routine. I used this mask every couple of days as I'm not used to doing a nighttime routine every day. However this product helped me get into that routine and I look forward to use it every night and see those results.

As I've been told, vitamin C products should be in a dark bottle to keep the active ingredients save from degrading due to sun exposure.

Thoughts on this product
The toner is watery and has a faint smell. It's not my favorite smell but does not bother me either. 
This was my first time using a toner and I was suprised by how hydrating it is! As it is summertime now, I only needed a very light moisturizer to leave my skin glowing. It can be used in both AM and PM routines making it versatile. The toner absorbed quickly into my skin and gave me a light, healthy glow. 
I also love the vitamin C in the toner as it fits well into my morning routine, paired with SPF, for an added UV protection.
Disclaimer: I have only used it for a couple days before leaving on vacation, as the packaging is 150ml, I could not take it with me on the plane. I look forward to using this product again when I come back from vacation to see the long-term benefits/ claims of this product 💛
