Well I’m so confused about super high concentrates of vitamin C in Peels and serums these days. I mean they are meant to help with sun spots and sun damage and help lighten them and also help with hyperpigmentation, melatonin issues. But when using these products you have to be careful and most will even say on the packaging this product increases sunburn. I where sunscreen all the time but I feel like if I’m using vitamin c products I have to be even more careful and what If I’m out and about with my kiddos and forget to reapply that sunscreen on time. I use my vitamin serums and peels only at night and wash off my face in the morning just to be safe. What are you opinions on this please I’d love to know. My skin type brown girl with sun spots and hyperpigmentation issues. Not oily or dry but balanced.

Does Vitamin C do more harm than good?

Nothing bad to say about this product, it works for me for the job I need done. 

Just dropping by and sharing my current facial cleanser and gel cream duo from one of my favorite skincare brands. I have used so many of their products but I love coming back to these Greek yogurt products and the night time facial cream. I incorporate Greek yogurt in my diet as well. The probiotics are amazing for skin! 

Nothing bad about this product according to my skin type!

Very little product for the amount of money! 

 Last year I had just started using bakuchiol skincare and ditched my retinol eye serums due to the harmful side effects of using retinol and being in the sun. I loved the results I got from this one from @olehenriksen and I just repurchased another bottle. I will go back to my retinol serums for my eye care when it becomes fall again and I start staying in more. But I love using this as a safe alternative for those days I’m going to be in the sunny garden. Still wear sunscreen no matter what type of skincare ingredients you use and no matter what the season.

amazing product zero bad things to say!!!

I’m so in love with this Blue Algae Vitamin C Peel by @algenist  it totally has helped me improve my skin by diminishing some acne spots that got left behind from using the Drunk Elephant Line last year! 
I’ve added the Healthy Radiance Facial kit from this brand to my cart @sephora and am ready to purchase for the upcoming sale! 

Wish it was spf 50 with the exact same ingredients for eveeything else! 

Another sunscreen I’ve tested from my @sephora Sun Safety Kit -This spf from @biossance has got to be one of my favorites! It went on nice and smooth under my makeup. It wasn’t greasy or oily and did not leave a white cast and it also did not have a shiny weirdness to it that I’ve found in some of the other sunscreens. The only thing I would want more is for this is to be 50 spf 🧴 versus 30.
