I feel like it’s easy to get carried away with loving on certain brands and expecting the worst of others (especially cheap ones) but I would LOVE to know… what products did you try with low expectations but ended up really appreciating?

I have so many products that pleasantly surprised me! And lots of more expensive products I didn’t think lived up to the hype 😭

My first time trying this and Im a little obsessed in honesty - the shimmer in the gel, the foamy texture and how it somehow feels milky on my face. Its got coconut based surfectants in this formula along with glycerin and centella asiatica 🥰 Skin felt clean and not stripped after use.

I was gifted this product by dr ceuracle and picky in exchange for my honest review. Its the first cream Ive tried from the brand and I really enjoyed the gel like texture! I have combination dry and oily skin and it worked well on all areas. Feels hydrating and left my skin looking plump and luscious

Felts creamy upon application, looks matte but non-drying and gives a light blurring on my lips too. Shade is pretty and the packaging is super boujie looking. Feels luxurious to apply

The formula is super simple which I love! Texture is like a milk toner so slightly thicker but not too thick, no strong scent to it either so i think OK for those with sensory concerns. It contains Ceramide NP to help promote a healthy skin barrier and for me its an incredible defense against moisture loss in winter. My skin just DRINKS this.

Only downside is its a little thicker than most other cleansing oils Ive tried

Great initial impressions! Feels soothing and comforting on the skin, especially for drier or more irritated skin 💖 its a natural based product with olive oil and it focuses on hydration. I really enjoyed doing a massage whilst cleansing with this and felt it cleaned my skin effectively without stripping.
