•can’t find something negative about this product but the dropper doesn’t hold much product as it should be

Thermal water that comes in big container and last longer with you , i love spraying this water especially in summer to refresh my skin, also calm any skin burns from sun in beach , it has a calming soothing effect and dries up quickly.. helps regulate PH level in skin after washing your face

theres nothing negative about this gel cream, but i would love if they made a small spatula with the container for a better use and preservation

I can’t find a negative thing about it 

• the cleansing oil has a bit  thick consistency (those who tried skin1004 cleaning oil for example will notice it’s lighter) , has no scent 

•natural ingredient of Onsen-sui ( Korean hot spring water) with its 108°F heating effect It opens up pores in a healthy way.

The i.n.g cleanser is a daily spa cleanser, so it does not remove waterproof makeup. In fact, waterproof makeup should be removed with a designated cleanser. Using a cleanser with strong cleansing power every day can potentially damage the skin.
