My video was approved so I uploaded it on TikTok. Now what's left is to confirm it on the app. When I go to the Picky App, all my video is grayed out so I can't complete it. The deadline is almost over. I don't want to be banned especially if it's not my fault. Can someone assist?

I’m reaching out again with growing frustration due to the complete lack of communication regarding my ongoing issue.
