I have a few chemical exfoliating products that say you can use them every day. But how often should you really be exfoliating?

Everyone’s skin is different in what it can handle, and I’ve heard it’s normally 1-3 times a week. But I’ve been thrown off when my cantella peeling pads say to do it every day. As well as products like the paulas choice BHA exfoliant that say every day as well. 

What are your thoughts ?

How often should you exfoliate ??

-Although as soon as I opened it up when it arrived I noticed straight away the smell. To me it smells like sunscreen which I thought was a little odd. 
-If you have oily skin I don’t think this is the product for you. 
-Unfortunately I dont think I will be buying this product again, I just think there are better honey products out there but this has been a great start to my love of honey products. 


I love the luxurious packaging (thats what made me buy it) 😅 
~But i also love ingredients that have multiple benefits, and honey is one! 🍯 (great for acne, barrier repair, soothing, hydration, anti-aging etc…)
I have combo, sensitive more on the dry side skin and I have been using this in summer and it still has been great! I do however tend to use just a small amount on the really hot days.
