Any recommendations for sunscreen that’s oily-skin friendly and doesn’t leave a cast? I’m using CosRx Aloe Sun Scream now but I still get a bit greasy with this

The Manyo Herbgreen Cleansing Oil is a vegan cleansing oil that soothes the skin while also cleansing. 

Compared to the original pure cleansing oil, the Herbgreen cleansing oil has a stronger herbal scent and slightly thicker texture but it works just as effectively. 

It follows the same application steps as the pure cleansing oil so I massage it into my skin to remove any makeup/product then add water to emulsify it. 

This oil has a more soothing feeling when rinsed off, most likely due to the tea tree oil so it’s great for a relaxing night time routine. 


This oil is very runny so I find it a bit messy to apply as it tends to run down the sides of my face or out of my hands. 

The Manyo Pure Cleansing Oil is a lightweight, plant-based oil that’s great for cleansing skin without feeling stripping or greasy. 

I use this oil as the first step in my nighttime double cleansing routine and I find it very effective for that purpose. 

I first massage the oil into my skin to help remove any makeup/product then add water to emulsify it. The oil doesn’t feel too heavy so I’m able to properly move it around my face without feeling like I’m dragging the skin around. The emulsification also helps remove tougher makeup products like waterproof mascara or lip stains. 

The oil rinses off completely without leaving a greasy or sticky finish, as I sometimes get with other products. 

While it has niacinamide, it doesn’t do much for oil control so it might not be the best option for someone with oily skin. 

5 stars for the packaging alone, totes adorbs! I’m not sure how the coffee cup ties in with the Centella gel cream though… maybe cause it has a latte ingredients hehehe.

Coffee puns aside, I quite liked the product. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly and feels very soothing on the skin. It also has an interesting cooling effect, like my face felt noticeably cooler when I used this. Not sure if this is a plus or not but it might be nice to use in the summer. 


The dropper was hard to use and the packaging included some kind of seal around the top that didn’t let enough air in so I’d have to completely remove the pipette from the tube before going back in so it could take more serum. 

This product made my skin feel well hydrated and bouncy, without being greasy or heavy. It also had an immediate glowy effect. I prefer using this at night as the glow made my face look too shiny in the day time. 

This product works well in colder seasons but I wouldn’t use it in warm seasons as it feels too heavy for hot weather.
