I had no negative experiences whatsoever.  It is an oil based cleanser so someone with oily skin may want to try a tester before purchasing.  The price was a tad higher than I like to spend but it is worth the price IMO

I recently received three tester samples of Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm for my honest review~and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!!  
Elemis contains 9 essential oils including Lavender, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Elderberry, Starflower, Optimega and is infused with Rose and Mimosa waxes.
The scent is Lavender and Eucalyptus with a lemon scent layered over the top. I was taken back by the scent but in the best way possible!  When I closed my eyes it honestly made me think of being at a spa.   
And now to the texture!! The texture I found even more interesting than the complex scent!  First it is a balm, but as soon as it hits the heat of your skin it turns into a luxurious oil, quickly melting away makeup and environmental gunk!! My face has recently been somewhat sensitive and I was worried being it was oil based but I had no problems or negative reaction to it.  In fact, it was just the opposite.  My face honestly felt immediately softer and smoother.  I even left the oil on for several minutes each time letting it soak into my skin really well as I it felt so good and the smell was so nice I didn’t want to wash it off!! But to my surprise as I went to wash it off and water is introduced to it, then it turns into a very fluid liquid and rinses off completely-so easily!! I absolutely was not expecting that when it was literally just an oil on my face!! I was shocked at how different each step of the cleanser became.  It’s almost hard to explain.  But every night I looked forward to cleansing my face because I enjoyed using this Elemis cleanser so much!!
I will end my review and tell you honestly ….I milked those three samples for every single drop and am ordering more!! The price point is a little higher than I would like but if you sign up for emails with them they give away a lot of free products with your order which helps balance the price point out for me!! I highly recommend the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm. 10/10 and Five stars!! 

The price point is a little higher than I like.  However because it sprays such a fine mist the bottle has lasted forever!! 

I really like this product!! I actually got this for free when I bought an Olay gift set. I've literally not used the other products in the set but I love this hydrating mist!! I live in south Louisiana and work construction in houses with no electricity. I keep it
in the fridge overnight & use it in the morning & it's so refreshing!! It has a very fine mister & it wakes my face up really quickly. Then I take it to work & I use it midday to freshen up my skin. It has Vitamin C and Vitamin B3. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is when I went to repurchase this, it was way more expensive than I expected!! I do recommend this facial mist though as it made my dry skin feel more hydrated with regular use!
