Okay, I'm new here. My skin is dryer than Sahara desert. I really need some kind of oasis tsunami moisturizer right now 😭. 

I'm using jorubi aloe vera gel as moisturizer. 

But someone said water clear gel type of moisturizer is for soothing not hydrating. 

Can you all bestie spill the best/good hydrating moisturizer for me, pls?

I have hyperpigmentation on my inner thigh and few other dark spots. How to get rid it safely? 

Cause, on my recent media platform keep showing many whitening products. (too sketchy to believe/probably have mercury on it) Almost make me want to buy it but I don't want to risk my health.
