So I’ve read most products, once opened, should be used within 6 months to 1 year (depending on the product).
My question is does anyone end up actually using them up in that time frame? Or do you use them past that time? Are they still effective? Is that more of a ‘suggestion’? 
I have so many products there’s no way I could use them all up within that amount of time once opened. I don’t want to be wasteful or use products that are no longer working.

Expirations and usage

I’ve heard both that you CAN mix your sunscreen with your moisturizer and that you CANT mix it with your moisturizer because with becomes less effective? Or that some people skip their moisturizer all together and only use sunscreen for hydration.

Someone just mentioned this in another post- Can someone explain this wet skin process? This is the first I’ve heard of it!

So you can spray thermal water (or a toner?) before each step of your skincare routine to help the products absorb? Or it’s just before the moisturize step?

Please give me your best product recommendations for hyperpigmentation. Also best combination of products to use. Together. Bonus if it’s also anti-aging. 

I use a variety of products but so far I’ve found that Holy Snails Shark Sauce has been the most effective.

I loved this oul cleansing balm. It smells wonderful. You only need to use a very small amount so this jar will last quite awhile. It removed all my make up and felt very hydrating. I will continue ie to use it as part of my daily skincare routine.

I did not experience anything bad with this product

Very light, almost watery and no real scent. Applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. I used it both mornings and evenings while on vacation and for a week or two after. I have normal skin which is not sensitive so that wasn’t an issue, however I would say that based on what I experienced this product would work well for someone with combination&#47;oily and&#47;or sensitive skin as well.  Felt soothing to the skin and I love the glass bottle and dropper. Feels so fancy! And it’s large- 100ml so it will last a long time.

I’ve been using this Touch In Sol Pretty Filter Icy Sherbet Primer for over a week. I apply it in the morning after my skincare routine and before my makeup. 
It has a light, silky texture and applies smoothly and gives a cooling effect. It helped to minimize the appearance of my pores, felt hydrating and the rest of my makeup applied and lasted longer when I used this first. A little goes a long way so I didn’t need to use much and this jar will last awhile. 
Overall I really like this product and will continue to use it daily. 

I found no bad wualities or side effects from this product

I used this product for over a week and liked it. I didn’t see a dramatic change but it was only a week. It was light and worked well into my daily routine. I plan to continue using it and anticipate good results. Cosrx is a davorite brand of mine.

Light smell from the tea tree may not be for everyone

I received this product very late and was only able to use this ampoule for about 4 days. It has a thick almost gel-like consistency.  It applies smoothly and absorbs quickly.  The vitamin E  and Gesolza protect skin and reduce inflammation. I don’t have troubled or sensitive skin so it’s not a product I would need to purchase however I liked the soothing effect it had on my skin so I will continue to use it. The main ingredient is tea tree extract to help troubled skin and you can smell it so if you are adverse to scents this ampoule may not be for you. The scent was light though so I did not mind it.
