Picky keeping me busy....

I've searched this subject and didn't see any other posts so I apologize if this is already been discussed. So my TikTok is connected within my Picky profile, but when I go to submit reviews I'm unable to connect my tiktok account. I get an error message. I also get an error message when I hit the support email and try to email within the submission form. I attempted to add the link to my review and submit it that way but was unable to. 

As I'm sure you all know I'm now getting numerous emails saying my account will be blacklisted and I will be left out of further events. This is concerning and disheartening after years of working and sharing detailed reviews on this app. I've emailed support but I just wondered if anyone else had had this problem and found a way to fix it? 

Thank you in advance for your help or any advice you can offer!

So I won my first giveaway and notice the product hasn't shipped yet. It hasn't been too long, but it just made me wonder what the timeline is. How long does it usually take to get the product in general for those of you who have won and how long do you usually have to try the product before the review is due? May not be suitable for sensitive skin or people with sensory sensitivities. I HIGHLY recommend spot testing as I've seen many people who have not been able to handle this sensation on the skin.

So this one is a step up, obviously from the 100 meant to be used every 3 days. Initially I used this in a peptide and hydration loaded routine, worried active ingredients may cause more irritation. Once I realized my skin could handle these I definitely went in with ingredients I really want to penetrate my skin deeper. I've since used them all with more active ingredients including retinol without any issues. I will say spot test and proceed with caution. My skin is used to higher percentage peels and overall NOT sensitive. I haven't had an issue with these, but that's not the case with everyone. 
In comparison to the 100, I only found this one to be slightly more prickly feeling. I suspect if you have any sensory issues you likely won't like the prickly sensation of these products. I don't find them to be painful just a mild pricking sensation. It's definitely hard to describe. 

Overall I've noticed that I've had less breakouts and my skin is clearer. Unfortunately, I didn't take before and after photos because when I started using them my skin was fairly clear. That being said it's STAYED that way which is a miracle in itself. I'm constantly battling hormonal breakouts and texture. At 45... Who knew! I do feel like my skin is smoother and just looking good in general. I've been slacking on my devices, so I can only attribute this to the skincare I'm using and these have been an almost daily staple in my evening routine since receiving them. 

If you're interested in seeing different routines with these products make sure you're following my Instagram and tiktok as I plan to share more on these in the future. I haven't had a ton of time to test them so I definitely plan to share more after using them for an extended period of time. 

I shared a video showing the 100, but this is also the same routine I started the 300 with. 

My only complaint, and it's not really even a complaint since this is comparable to other sunscreens..I wish it was a bigger product. I'm going through it so fast, I love it that much.

This product definitely lived up to my expectations. This one had me interested at Centella & Serum! There are so many outstanding SPF formulations that came out this year. Unfortunately, you can't just be good to make the cut, you have to be GREAT! In my opinion, this one makes the cut.  

My skin has been so irritated lately.  So much so that even some of my most trusted physical SPF's have made my skin sting. This SPF has been so helpful through this rough patch my skin is experiencing. No stinging with this one! 

This is a gentle, chemical SPF that includes not only Centella, but niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, six types of sprout extracts, tranexamic acid and adenosine. This makes for a non-irritating, soothing, hydrating and Brightening  formulation. 

This sinks into the skin nicely and leaves a slight dewy finish once dried down. No white cast. Then again I have pale skin,  so I can't speak on this with darker skin, but I can't imagine it would leave a cast. This is truly like a hydrating serum. If I was blind testing this I would never guess its an SPF. 

I highly recommend this for all skin types. I think oily skin could still use this one even though it's advertised as "Hydrating and dewy". I think it would work great if you just skipped the moisturizer and used this on it's own. I have dry skin and have been using over a light moisturizer, or combo of hydrating serums and it's worked perfect for the hot weather.  

I love the pump packaging! It's such an easy way to apply sunscreen, no messed!


I can't find anything I don't like, other than I seem to be going through it fairly quickly! It seems you need a good amount to cover the face alone.

🍊So I'm sure many of us know about @klairs.global Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop. It's a classic, a favorite of many, due to it's ability to gently deal with hyperpigmentation. Well now we have The Freshly Juiced Vitamin Charging Serum, which is said to brighten the skin with a dual brightening complex containing 10% 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid & Niacinamide!

📢 What is 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid? 
It's a more stable Vitamin C derivative that's great for sensitive skin, brightening and excitingly, studies have shown it to be as good at producing collagen as the sometimes more irritating L Ascorbic Acid. *Although more are needed. 

⭐ Not only that, this serum is packed with antioxidants! I know, I know🤚 don't get me started! If you've been here for any amount of time you've heard me go on and on about the importance and benefits of antioxidants. It also contains a potent mix of vitamins, obviously C, but also Vit E, B3 and B5 as well as Centella. This formula is said to be clinically proven to not only brighten, but tighten🤩 as well as smooth skin and improve fine lines. I will be reporting back with my thoughts on all this after using it a while longer! 

💛 What I Love? 
I prefer Vit C derivatives actually due to my skin type. This formula is light weight and works well in any routine. This gives me antioxidant protection and I have noticed my skin looking a bit more even already! 🤞 Let's hope it helps with my fine lines as well!! This is such a gentle, yet POWERFUL formula in my opinion! So far, I'm impressed and really enjoying this one. I predict this will quickly become another @klairs.global favorite. 

I've shared a recent A.M. routine I used this in that it worked really well in! 


This formula is PERFECTION... the texture,  the ingredients,  the packaging... the addition of essential oils really just is unnecessary in my opinion.

First off can we just stop and appreciate the pleasing esthetic of this product. The simple glass packaging, with the oh so bubbly formula inside. I literally played with this bottle for a good 20 minutes when I got it, just looking at it. The bubbles are SO FUN!! 

My skin loves Kombucha and any type of tea ingredients in general, so I was so pleased to receive this one.  

So here is the thing, I haven't gotten to use this product long enough to see results. I've only had it about 2 weeks but I've been very careful during that time what I've put on my skin since I'm trying to clear up a hormonal breakout. I have used it enough to know I enjoy, but not long enough to see if it stands up to it's claims.

This product, more than likely would be very helpful to my skin during this time. It is formulated with 74% Kombucha which has natural probiotics to help support barrier function and health, which in turn decrease breakouts. Kombucha is calming and hydrating. This claims to soothe and brighten blemish prone skin and reduce inflammation. In addition, it containsTriple HA mixture, Allantoin, Camellia Sinesis Leaf Extract, hence the name "Teatox" and Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate, along with a host of other beneficial fermented ingredients. A dream formula for acne and breakout prone skin.

So why have I not used it more?  Unfortunately, it also contains some fragrant oils such as Bergamot fruit oil as well as orange and tangerine peel oil and a few others. Thankfully, these are near the bottom of the inci list and usually I wouldn't think twice about using this day and night, but bergamot especially can sometimes cause irritation to my skin when it's already broken out. So far it hasn't seemed to cause any noticeable issues but that's why I haven't used it more. 

Once my breakout is clear I will be diving straight in to this GORGEOUS product FOR SURE!!

 


Overall, I think there are better, more effective options on the market and I can't see myself repurchasing this. Possibly after using it a bit longer I may change my mind and if that's the case I will be sure to update.

I don't have much experience with this brand so I was definitely curious to try the INTENSE RETINOL products. 

𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘶𝘮:
It's a light, milky consistency, sinks in nicely and plays well with others. I've haven't experienced any irritation using daily on my sensitive neck.

𝘐𝘕𝘎𝘙𝘌𝘋𝘐𝘌𝘕𝘛𝘚:
So this the "RETINOL INTENSE" line and advertised as containing Retinol 0.1% Retinal 1ppm and Bakuchiol 5,000ppm. I'm still confused. Retinal is WAY down about a 1/4 of the way from the bottom on this EXTREMELY long ingredients list. Now admittedly I need to do more research on this BUT I can assure you this is not an INTENSE retinol treatment. I suspect tricky marketing tactics here. I wouldn't say this is a bad product, I just wish there was a bit more transparency. PLEASE feel free to correct me if I'm missing something. The other issue I have is the ingredients list like I said, is extremely long and while there are some great ingredients in this serum, there are also some that may be irritating to sensitive skin. Fragrance is the last ingredient but somehow this has a fairly noticeable scent, which does dissipate quickly in my opinion.
