Not so much the product itself, but part of the agreement for receiving this item is that a review would be submitted through a Google Form. After several attempts, The Google form simply does not work. Contacting Support several times also does not work. I use Google forms for other agreements etc, and I do not have a problem; but I try to use Picky's Google form, it does not work. Picky, please fix your Google form. 
 Also the print on the packaging is very tiny and difficult to read.

I received complimentary two boxes of orange-flavored Korean brand Ownist Triple Collagen from Picky and Ownist in return for my honest opinion. Each box contains 14 20gram packets. These taste great, but are a little strong. If you have ever taken a can of frozen orange juice concentrate out of the freezer and just started eating it without reconstituting it, this is what it tastes like. I've seen people freeze the packets for a tasty, frozen treat later on; I put some in the freezer so I could try it that way. Featuring marine collagen from Codfish, my skin does look and feel plumper since I started taking it. I did not experience anything bad with this product, but when using Azelaic Acid do NOT pair with benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids such as glycolic acid (AHA); beta hydroxy acid (BHA) such as salicylic acid; Vitamin C, Retinol, Rotating brushes or facial scrubbers, or exfoliating face scrubs.
