As a toner, it's ok. It has witch hazel, so it's good for a bit of soothing and that's it. Sometimes I feel like it actually makes my skin drier.. But for the price I literally use it on my body and hair for funzies.

I love this rose water spray as a little pick me up. It just smells so good. Sometimes I spray it in my hair if I want a little bit of fragrance or if my hairspray is feeling a bit crunchy. I sometimes use it as a setting spray. It''s not advertised as a setting spray, so don't expect it to make your makeup last longer. But If you have dried skin this works great for getting rid of powdery finish, 

Let's be real. It's just water in an aerosol can. That's it. You can spray yourself down with tap water and a good spritz bottle and it would be functionally the same.

No matter where you are, the water will be clean and cool. You can toss it in a bag without worrying about cleaning the bottle or mold. The spray is a perfect mist, there are no droplets, and it is so fine that the spray will humidify the air before ever hitting the ground. You never have to worry about giant drops of water making your makeup run.
