Love this Product. My Face Felt so Clean, but it Didn&#39;t Feel Tight or Overly Dry Afterwards Like Most Face Cleansers. My Face always feels Refreshed, Clean &amp;  OMG So Hydrated, soft &amp; Smooth. 
★ I Love L&#39;oreal Paris • Fine Flowers Cleansing Milk★

To use I Wet My Face, then I Massage the Cleansing Milk All Over My Face&#47;Neck With a Silicone Face Scrubber,  I Wipe it Off With a Facecloth or
Cotton Pad. I  Rinse My Face With Cool Water.
