Lastly for anyone curious, I have gotten to compare the apple Hi Amino All Cleanser and Hi Amino Cleansing Milk. The All Cleanser was stripping for my dry skin (so I think it will be amazing for people with more oily skin). If you’ve seen my other posts, I have said that the Cleansing Milk was fantastic for my dry and sensitive skin. Also the All Cleanser doesn’t smell like apple like I thought it might.

I was surprised by the minty/lime combo for the mask, but quite enjoyed it (it wasn’t too strong either). And lastly I talk about some of my favorite ingredients featured in the serum in my video review.

They were kind enough to send me some products to test out. They’re so pretty, and the scent was a very mild floral (and didn’t reek of tea tree oil like some other products on the market). They’re so pretty and lightweight. Hopefully I can review these individually here on Picky soon! I think these would be great for normal to oily skin types, and mine is dry leaning and they still did okay at keeping my skin moisturized. I think they’ll be perfect for me in the summer time when I need more lightweight options.

Video will be posted to my socials (and on Picky soon!). But this was my genuine reaction to how much toner was STILL in the pad after ten minutes on my face. Talk about jaw dropping! I immediately applied the excess to my face and my skin looked amazing after. Benton definitely makes products that leave your skin glowing! I was also impressed with the glow I got from their Vitamin C serum. Let me know if you have any questions!

The only thing I wasn’t thrilled by was the scent of the product. It was a bit stronger than I normally prefer in my makeup. 

I ended up being pleasantly surprised by this product! It left my skin looking fabulous before I even applied any complexion products. As someone with dry skin, this was a super moisturizing formula that left my skin feeling nice and smooth. In fact it has the texture of a moisturizer (nice and creamy). It didn’t make me look oily either in my opinion. I think it’s a great product for anyone who wants to get dewy or glass skin. Even if you apply a matte foundation on top, I think this still offers a subtle glow. And you can always use an illuminator to enhance the dewy or glass skin effect. 

I did not have anything that I disliked about this product.

One of my biggest pet peeves as a makeup artist is makeup removing products that aren’t eye safe. I’m happy to say that this one from Byoma is among the ranks of safe to use on your eye area! It even works to get rid of stubborn waterproof makeup! This is why I often suggest this product here on Picky. It’s one of my favorite cleansing balms, and it’s less than $20! Super affordable, it works, and my skin loves this product. I’ll often use this as the start of a dual cleansing session, especially when I use a ton of makeup like the look in the video where I talk about my thoughts on the product. I’ll use this to loosen up all the dark pigment, wipe it off with a reusable cotton round, then use a foaming cleanser after to keep my skin from feeling greasy. I highly recommend this if you’re on the market for a new cleansing balm. I love that the brand includes a product break down on each package, saying what every ingredient is doing in the formula (like a ph stabilizing ingredient for example). As for the scent, it is fragrance free. No added perfumes if you’re sensitive to fragranced skincare like I can be. Definitely recommend this one! I’m always saying how much I love it on the boards here on picky, so I thought I’d finally review it for you all! Enjoy. 

My biggest complaint was the fact that the instructions were only one sentence long (in English anyway, if you wanted more details and don’t speak Korean, then you would have to go based off of google translate). A lot of red light therapies need to be used for a certain amount of time to work, and this one didn’t specify how long to use it. 

Considering this is a much more affordable option than some others on the market when it comes to LED treatments, I think you should definitely invest in a better device than this one. I also have to say that the little device was poorly made. Mine arrived cracked on the inside, and I noticed it while I was pulling the plastic tab to make it work. You can see it in my pictures. It’s a cute idea, but I also don’t think you should have to buy the entire kit to get the cream again (which is the only option on Amazon that I saw). That feels very wasteful to me. 

The light arriving cracked, the sensation of how sticky this cream is, and minimal instructions are why I only gave this kit three stars.

This cream is really aesthetic looking, I’m not sure how else to describe it. It’s really pretty to look at and a fun idea. It’s a hybrid moisturizer with both cream and gel in the formula. An affordable LED treatment option will appeal with a lot of people. But this did not feel as good as it looks. I know part of it was that the cream’s texture made for a great slip agent, so that the LED treatment could glide across your skin with ease. I know that the light is meant to help kill bacteria under the skin, especially in acne (which is why red light therapy has become so popular). I do love the size of this LED treatment because it’s the perfect size to cover a pimple at a time. 

From an accessibility standpoint I love the handle on the LED device. You can easily slip it between multiple fingers (like in the middle of your hand), so it’s easy to keep a hold of and you don’t need to just hold it between your thumb and forefinger for example.

I love the fact that the cream features both vitamin c and niacinamide to help combat dark spots in combination with the red light therapy of the wand. Its also got eight types of hyaluronic acid to really lock in that moisture overnight. It does give the skin a glowy appearance, that’s for sure. 

The only thing that I can say about this is that some sticks don’t offer the same protection as a traditional SPF cream can, so maybe use this in combination with another SPF product and layer it for added protection. 

This product was gifted for free by DewyTree and Picky in exchange for my honest review. Absolutely perfect for those of us with tattoos that we don’t want to fade! I love how easily it glides across my skin, and how easy it is to rub into your skin to make sure it was applied evenly. Didn’t feel heavy at all, and didn’t have a scent which was another reason I liked it. Loved the cooling sensation too! Plus it’s another affordable option. Will definitely be suggesting it to friends. 

The stain was so good it did leave behind some color even when I used an oil based balm and double cleansed my lips. 

This product was gifted for free by Vidivici and Picky in exchange for my honest review. If you hate traditional glosses for being sticky and gross, Vidivici has the solution for you. They were not lying when they said this lip gloss doesn’t transfer! I did a live with this product and was drinking some water and I was so amazed when I made the discovery. I immediately told my friends about the brand and product and made a review for this. I know there are some ‘gloss without the transfer’ products, but I haven’t found one that was didn’t transfer like this one when I drank or eat. Not only that, but the gloss leaves behind a stain, so if you do eat and some of the top glossy layer comes off, you still have color left behind on your lips. I cannot suggest this product enough! I was so happy with this, it is something I will be recommending to all of my friends and followers.
