Hey guys, so we all know that summer is coming soon and that we'll need to wear sunscreen longer. My little problem is that I have oily-dehydrated skin, therefore I am constantly switching sunscreens, while in the summer I like more the light and gel type ones in the winter I like the creamy ones. I would love to see any recommendations that you guys may have, I am open for price and texture but just be open on the facts that I do have oily skin and summers are really sweaty.

Summer + Sunscreen

This are some of the empties that I have for this month and there are se that I loved others that I didn't like so much. 

TOP PRODUCTS
▪︎Dokdo Toner from ROUND LAB: I love this toner is watery , light weight and huge, you definitely get plenty of product for a good price. I recommend this mostly for oily skin specially during summer, for dry skin I think yoh can give it a try but you will need like 2-3 layers.
▪︎Erseongcho Water Cream from HEYNATURE: This water cream is so good, I love the earthy smell, some may not. I used it during winter at night to give my skin a bit more of nourish. I totally recommend it. It is not sticky at all and it does live a Glow.
▪︎Quick Sunstick Protection Bar from ABIB: this sun stick is my second te using it and I am almost done with it. It is oily so I have only used it during the winter. It comes in handy, when you can't wash your hands and need to reaply.
▪︎Aloe Soothing Sun Cream fron COSRX: This being my second tube I will keep purchasing , I have looked for a good sunscreen for months and this is the first that has not given me a reaction or media me look like a ghost. It is too creamy for summer so it may be an only during winter produc for me, but dry skin community this one could be a year round for you.

NOT AGAIN PRODUCS
▪︎solution Prime Glow Ampoule from AHC: I have another bottle of this, because I got it in buy one get one free, so I may give it another try but there was no changes what so ever. It was creamy, and very hydrating but it took so long to absolve on my skin.
▪︎Pro Trouble Pore Pad from DERMATORY: The essence was so dry, the last few pads were dry and I felt like I was irritating my dskin a bit so I do not really recommend but you may try a sample and see if it works for you but out of that is a no for me.

TRY AGAIN PRODUCTS
▪︎Birch Juice Moisturizing Cleanser Pad from ROUND LAB: Tryed a sample and was left speechless at how moisturizing it was, so it made it to my wishlist, I do hope that it as socked in essence like in the sample, so we'll see. 
▪︎Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner from ROVECTIN: it has a weird texture, like a bit soapy but I loved the lotion so I want to give it another try since this was just a sample.
▪︎Discoloration Correcting Serum from GOOD MOLECULES: I do like this product, currently on my second bottle but I have not seen much change, they do state to use it for at least three months so that's exactly what I will be doing.

I would marry the Abib foam cleanser bc I love it so far, kiss skin1004 cleansing oil bc I really want to try this product, and kill Cerave foaming cleanser I like this product it works good on my skin but it is nothing special many cleansers have the same characteristics.

Skincare is amazing, trying products and finding some that work for you, but let's talk about starting beauty from within. There are a few vitamins that I have been taking to help my body and skin from the inside out, here are they.

DISCLAIMER:I do know that there are other products better than this ones, but this is the start of my journey and I have in fact seen changes, so I am taking little steps.

TIPS:
●Vitamins: work with what you have and can get, this supplements work different on each person so please do be careful and mindful of you options. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Biotin, Vitamin D3, Fish Oil are just a few that will help you start your journey.
●Collagen: Research has not made it official that Collagen supplements help, but hey if you can afford it is good to give it a try. There are different types and prices, some tate good other not so much. Please do you separate research and make your own conclusions. (If you do not want to consume Collagen fish oil is a good alternative)
●Reminders: we already know everything that I will say next but let's go through the again. 
1. Drink water I know it's hard but start little and make your way up.
2. Sleep between 7-8 hours daily, your body needs restto be able to function correctly.
3.Exercise at least 3 times a week, as simple as going for a 30 min walk then work your way up.
4. Breath, I hated that word because I didn't really see how it could help me in my skincare and health journey. But it is important to do this, when we stress our skin also stresses out and we may start to see those problems that we thought we were over with so when feeling stressed step out for a few minutes.
5. Diet, sadly all of the tasty stuff is our number one enemy, but hey I am not asking you to go vegan. Just reduce its intake, I have removed a lot of sugar from my diet, snacks, candy, fast food are seen less and less. This helps your body as a whole you lose weight, your skin gets better, you feel better and sleep better. Give it a try like with everything 
           START LITTLE AND MAKE YOU WAY UP
           DON'T HURRY OR STRESS IT WILL JUST
           MAKE THE JOURNEY UNPLEASENT AND 
           MAKE YOU GO BACK TO OLD HABITS.

BEAUTY FROM WITHIN

If you had to choose one single product to use for the rest of your life from your current morning routine, which one would it be?                                                                                        I personally would choose the Round Lab Dokdo Toner, it is lightweight, hydrating, and it can be used in both summer and winter (at least for my oily skin)

My only downside is that it does has a weird smell, I don't know if it fragrance or alcohol, but my skin has not been irritated by it and has been loving it.

• THE SKIN HOUSE PORE CONTROL POWDER SERUM 
☆4.5 this pore control serum contains green tea and tea tree as their key ingredients. After using it for over two weeks I can see how it has helped my skin condition. I have noticeable pores and the constant use of this serum in my morning and night routine has given me small changes. Once again I have ONLY been using it for two weeks. This serum is very lightweight, and little goes a long way, I would recommend to all skin types.

     This sunscreen is hands down one of the best that I have tried, it is my first time using it and it has become my number one. This formula is really watery and lightweight, it sinks into the skin quick and leaves you with a light glowy finish. This formula disappears on the skin and doesn't leave a greasy sensation or the feeling of product on the skin. I recommend to all skin types, and all skin colors 100/10 recommend.

I really like it but because it absorves so well on the skin, I may feel like is not working because normally products like this let you see how nourishing they are, is like we have been trained to see this. Just an observation

•NEOGEN'S DERMALOGY CICA REPAIR SNAIL ESSENCE

     This essence has been a new ground to me, other essences that I have tried in the past have left me feeling a little sticky, extremely glowy, or were too thick and heavy for my skin. This essence does the total opposite, it does not left me feeling sticky whether the amount is two pumps or five. It has a really natural glow to it that I am comfortable with, and it is absorbed completely and nicely on the skin. It has become my favorite essence along with the Cosrx Advance Snail Mucin. I would recommend this product for all skin types, and it can be added in the morning or night routine. It is very easy to work with and has amazing ingredients like Cica, Snail Secretion, and Hyaluronic Acid, that help calm, soothe, protect, and keep the skin barrier strong and health.


Personally it was not a five star experience, I had to overly massage it into my skin so the product could be absorbed but in some occasions this irritated my skin a little. At the end of the day I felt my skin dryer than usual and it was not a comfortable feeling. I do see lighter skin tones having a better experience and also a combination or normal skin type.

This sunscreen cream is a creamy formula that is pretty lightweight and leaves a natural glow on the skin. This formula does take a bit more to absorbed because it's creamier consistency and I recommend to massage it a little longer into the skin

Nothing bad to say even my mom who needs good ingredients in her products is using it and has not given it back

This moisturizing cream is amazing for those that like simple but effective ingredients, it is great to use after a long day when tour skin is asking to be replenished and soothed.

 This formula is very thick and rich, and for this same reason you have to give it a minute to absorve. My skin loves it even though is oily but it is a great way to use the concept of slugging without using two different products
 
 I recommended for the cold weather, especially at night, for mature skin, and for normal to dry skin.
