I was having acne all over my forehead and in between my brows and I was worried because I never had so many in my life!! I generally get one or two bumps before my period and thats it... I am in my 30s and I was not sure Why I was getting them, Here is what I did-

📌Changed and washed my bedsheets and pillo covers

📌Changed my shampoo and used anti dandruff shampoo

📌Took antifungal tablet ( Flucanazole 150mg ) One weekly maximum 4 in one month (consult your doctor) 

📌Took antihistamine tablet (anti allergy) for 4 days 

📌Washed my hand everytime I went to garden 

📌Took bath everyday 

📌Used Minimal skincare products after double cleansing ( Essence+ moisturizer) sunscreen if going out 

Somehow my routine worked and my forehead is clear of acne 💖💖 May be it was fungal or something else , I am not sure but I am happy to get rid of them without applying harsh chemical on my face !
