Aside from Cosrx, is there any other pimple patch that you can recommend?

Hi, is it normal to have few new pimples days after using a new cleanser? For the first few days it seems like effective and after that I notice some pimples coming out.

Edit: The pimples do not last a week, they would eventually dry out maybe after a day or two. My new cleanser has salicylic acid, niacinamide, and panthenol while my old cleanser hasn't. Thanks for the answers anyway. 😊
