I'm looking for help because I'm getting nowhere with Picky via email, messaging on Instagram, and submit on their help desk. 

Back in late November, I was rewarded the Best Reviewer Reward for Ownist Triple Collagen Orange.  I was so excited, this was my 1st time received the Best Reviewer Reward. I absolutely love these collagen packets.  The email stated, they were going to send me 4 boxes, i was beyond ecstatic! I was patiently waiting for my order to arrive, I did kind of spaced it once the holidays were upon us.  Then, I received the Best Reviewer Reward for Dewytree. I was sent my Dewytree package within 2 weeks. This got me thinking, where is my Ownist package? I received this mid December.  I reach out to Picky again, nothing.  I reach out to them again last week, still nothing.  My question is,  does anyone know how I can get hold of them to get this resolved? Or has anything like this happened to anyone else?

My Thoughts 💭 
I want to say that I'm a big fan of Flaskin, this is the 2nd product that I've tried from them but they do not disappoint. The consistencys of this is between thin and thick. This absorbed into my skin, like butter. Over the last weeks, I've noticed the elasticity of my skin was improving, and I do see the sagging of my skin, slowly improving. I'm looking forward first as I continue to use it, to see it at its fullest potential.

My Thoughts 💭 
This is a very lightweight toner that has a very light herbal scent.  Usually, that's a scent that would detour me from using the product but luckily it was so minut.  I found it to be very gentle on my skin.  The redness on my cheeks and chin was not irritated by the toner, whatsoever. I definitely would love to get my daughter to try this out on her acne-prone skin, to see how out would work on her. The toner helps with brighten my skin.   I feel that this would be the perfect toner all year around for me.

My Thoughts 💭 
I found this to be extremely oily to the skin as you apply it.  It did take a few minutes for my skin to fully absorb it. Once that happened, my skin no longer had that oily texture. I've been using it for almost 1 week in a half, I do see my skin gradually brightening. I look forward to continuing use of it.
