Is there a way to shrink or even remove your visible pores?

Visible Pores

I've been struggling with my never ending random breakouts and the scars seems to never fade since the start of the pandemic. 

I tried Kojie San Kojic Soap and Dr. S Wong Sulfur Soap as my cleansers and Luxe Organix and Esfolio moisturizers both snail soothing gel. There are improvements, like it brightens my skin and faded some long time scars but there are still random breakouts.

 What products will you recommend/ingredients for this acne scars to heal? Btw, I have an oily & sensitive skin. Please help. :)

This is also a bit sticky when applied on the face.

It&#39;s very soothing but it has fragrance which is not good for the skin and I can&#39;t see any improvements on my skin even if I&#39;ve been using it for months and this made my skin breakout.

IT STINGS! my eyes hurts even if I applied it far from my eye area and makes your skin oily and greasy after 1-2 hours.

It makes your skin soft and smooth and has a glossy finish.
