As single use: Hydrating? No. You still need hydrating toner. Use under sunscreen: No. Causing me new bumps. Calm the redness: No. This has a lot of ingredients, so it's hard to determine which you allergic with.

What safe for me is, when using this at night after hydrating toner and that's it. No additional layer.

The Betain is listed in 5 first ingredients list. If you have no allergic reaction to Betaine, this toner is quite hydrating. 

Very lightweight watery toner. No sticky feeling after applied.

It sticky after applied & if you had a not so good skin condition, it will make your skin problem look prominent. You have to have a very healthy skin to get the glowy-glass skin look. 

This sunscreen, cannot be layered with essence/serum that has a thick consistency. In my skin, layered this with a thick essences/serum, even though it'a a soothing essence, gives me a new bumps.

The consistency is light, more like a lotion. No white cast. Makes your healthy skin look glowing.The applicator is ergonomic for 2 finger application method. 

Just found out that this contain betaine which triger allergies on my sensitive skin. Whenever I apply this, there's always a new bumps on my T-zone and chin area, makes my skin more sensitive and the inflammation hard to stop.

Hydrates the healthy skin on my face. Make it look supple. Feels like my skin drink the toner.

I think it contains ingredients that doesn't work on my skin. Causing new bumps on daily use. Even only use it on a PM routine.
