Hello, this is my first dicussion forum since i’ve been using the platform. I need little help from you guys 🥺

My little sister happens to have SebDerm and there’s little bumps all over her face for months. She tried to moisturise her face and avoid using strong indredient products but that doesn’t help at all. (Her skin is sensitive)

My question is how can she get rid of those bumps which have no open heads (black nor white). She went to the doctor before and got some information on way to treat SebDerm but still, those bumps are still there (are they relate?).
Even when she double cleanses her face and moisturizes her face, they still pop up and even more these days.

I have no ideas whether she can use bha/aha or not (I know very little about SebDerm, im getting information about it) or which products can she use :(

Any routine/treatment or product recommended please?

SebDerm skin with bumps

This one contains alcohol and 2 to 3 ingredients that is not list on the Korean ingredient list.

I didn't use it and got refunded from the store.
