Has anyone gotten a pimple inside of your nose? I have just been soaking it in some hot water, and it still has not come to a head. What products are safe to use on it?  Thanks!

Acne inside nose

My face is breaking out so much, l am using Differin gel at night. Do you still use moisturizer over it or not? I don’t want my face to get worse. I am a gal in 50’s, l have adult acne.
