If I really had to say, maybe the chunky plastic packaging? The fig scent is also mildly strong but smells more of a sweet floral, fig fragrance (present as you melt in the product but disappears when washed off)

This is the first cleansing balm I’ve tried in 3 years and it has yanked me back in the cleansing balm game 👀 (been pro oil cleanser since but I’m having doubts now 😳)

-Melts pretty much immediately when you rub your palms together
-Feels so thin on the skin and doesn’t really have that typical greasy feeling (I couldn’t believe it but the sensation is so pleasant, especially for someone who doesn’t think it’s possible for oil to not feel oily)
-Washes off like a dream as it emulsifies instantly to a milk consistency! I literally swirl my face with my hands like 2-3 times and the balm cleanses off just like that
-Removes waterproof makeup
-Doesn’t leave my skin tight or dry and didn’t leave a film on the skin nor sting my eyes&#47;blur vision

Nothing bad to say really but if I had to, I suppose how it has a very faint sweet almond smell even though its fragrance free (dont really smell it at all when on skin though)

・Didn’t break me out, clog my pores or cause/worsen any maskne 🥳
・Has good hydration properties so it does boost + decently maintain enough hydration that my dry skin still feels soft & comfortable after a few hours of wear 
・Even with reapplication, it feels weightless on too & kinda leaves skin slightly brighter/revitalised for me
・Really adore the tube pump applicator as it makes it very easy & clean to dispense product
・Can defs see myself repurchasing this 🫶🏻


・Toner WILL oxidise because the container readily lets sunlight through so store it in cool, dark places as much as possible
・Contains essential oils + fragrance (many citrus fruit extracts) so the scent is strong
・Would always tint my skin a little yellow upon application but kinda goes away when fully absorbed

・Leaves a menthol&#47;cooling feeling which can be soothing for some but weird for others (I was in the middle)
・lightly hydrated with no sticky residue
・Brightening wise, it did give me a small glow each time &amp; slightly lightened some pigmentation (used ⅓ of bottle to notice)

・I really don’t have anything bad to say about this though I do wish it had more anti-ageing properties to it

・Feels almost lotion/gel-like & melts into the skin as you apply!
・Has a very light bran-like fragrance which I initially didn’t notice
・ Dewy finish
・Skin always felt so so soft, supple, bouncy & comforted which makes it hard for me to resist touching
・Provided enough hydration + nourishment for me during the day & overnight 😱 (I use a larger amount at PM)
・Didn’t break me out 🙌🏻
・Make-up doesn’t slide or pill on top

-I do wake up with slight tightness on the uncomfortable side as this isn’t moisturising enough for me to use overnight alone
-Fragrance is definitely strong for those who mind biut this has the scent of artificial watermelon + a dash of real watermelon
-Didn&#39;t notice any diminishing of dark spots as claimed
-Pills rather easily (kinda annoying) and I&#39;m assuming a few reasons like high hyaluronic acid content, excessive product applied&#47; hard to layer, incompatible with skincare underneath, or AHAs already acting and &#39;peeling&#39; dead skin (unsure about this one as there were times I exfoliated prior in the routine yet it still pilled)
-To prevent pilling I use a creamy moisturiser on top, only use a toner beforehand with no serum, or just use as a wash off mask after 10mins

-This goopy textured mask hydrated and softened my dry skin almost immediately
-Skin felt soothed with no sticky residue
-The glycolic + lactic acid blend (AHAs) is gentle enough that it didn&#39;t sting&#47;irritate my sometimes-sensitive skin
-If left on overnight, I wake up with smooth as skin + a little glow
