Some days I struggle with really low motivation because of having depression or just being plain tired. How do you motivate yourself to stay on top of doing your skin care every night?

I have tried the hero patches with no luck. Zitsticka Hyperfade helped a little but nothing dramatic. I am already incorporating vitamin c, niacinamide and other exfoliants.

You can tell it has fragrance, but not over powering
