I am going on holiday to florida in a few months, I am looking to buy a nice sunscreen, I have seen 2 that I really like. They are both from paulas choice, one of them is a mineral one (SPF30) and other one is a chemical one (SPF50). I live in the UK and there is no sun BUT if there is sun I will use a random one, don’t worry😂. I have heard that chemical ones are bad for you skin but I would like a higher SPF. I also have combination/ more oily skin, I’m not sensitive to that many products. Can someone please help me?

Hello everyone, I received this today. I got this because I’m still a teenager and my skin is still going through frequent breakouts, also because the reviews are amazing! I have been receiving fairly bad breakouts recently, I think this is my skin purging form of new skincare (e.g. Cerave SA cleanser, mild AHA exfoliants & Niacinamide) I’m not sure what ones are causing the purging, If it’s even that, but that’s what’s new in my routine. I was just wondering on how many times a week I should use it? I will definitely not be following the recommendation on the back of the bottle (use 2x daily) but I also want to use it more than 1x a week, what middle ground do you suggest. I have combination skin but more on the oily side, like I said before I’m having frequent breakouts, I have also been using salicylic acid in other products for nearly a month so I don’t think I would need to ease it into my routine.
