So I'm aware that the best thing for a sunburn is to not get one in the first place but what's the next best thing for oneother than aloe Vera, anti-inflammatory and cold showers?? I'm dying here. Repeatedly applied sunblock yesterday but we were in the water for 6hrs 😭

Help! What can I do for my 20 yr old son with bad milia under his eyes? I've tried glycolic acid but nothing else. It's really affecting his self coincidence. He was born with extreme excema , could that factor into it?
