Can you recommend something? I am usuing adapalene since June months and I am not really sure if I see a difference at all + I am still getting outbreaks

I always try not to pick my skin. However I was wondering what to do when the pimple opens by itself (for example when using micellar water or washing the skin in general)? I mean it is kinda like picking the ski or shouldn’t I worry about it? I just put a towel on it until it no pus is coming out or until it stops bleeding. Is that fine?

And different topic. I always get hyperpigmentation after a pimple especially on the cheeks. It doesn’t matter what I do. Does someone know why and what I can do against it?

I am trying to find the cause of my pimples. I have the Cerave Moisturizer which contains Dimethicone. 
If yes, do you have an alternative which is not too expensive and really safe to use?

I actually thought that Epiduo is a spot treatment. That is what my doctor told me many years ago when I got Epiduo. However, I saw many Tik Toks which used it on their whole face. Is that fine? I bought a retinol to help with my acne prone skin but I was actually thinking switching to Epiduo for the whole face then. What do you think?
