What to add in routine to clear the dark spots?

I'm currently using COSRX Blackhead Power Liquid 3x a week after COSRX GMC.

First month after using it, I feel like it did improve my face since I noticed that my nose has less blackheads and some of acne scars did lighten.

3 months into it, I feel like I need to upgrade it to a stronger bha content since I feel like nothing is happening anymore.

I just want to lighten my pimple marks and remove the blackheads and whiteheads on my face 🥺

Any recommendations would be super helpful.

BHA Upgrade Recommendations?

Recently hauled these japanese products last minute before 2020 ended and now I'm excited to use them and see if there'll be improvements on my face(hopefully) 😊😊😊🤞🤞

Canmake Sunscreen
-I read sunscreens should be used whether going outdoors or staying indoors.
-I read that I should let this one sink in for 20 minutes before going outdoors.
New morning routine: Cosrx GM Cleanser > Innisfree AVG > Canmake Sunscreen

Hada Labo Cleansing Oil
-Bought this one so I can remove the canmake sunscreen easily.
New evening routine: HL Cleansing Oil > Cosrx GM Cleanser > HL Premium HA lotion > Nacific Phyto Niacin Essence (used every other day) 

Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium HA Lotion
-I did a patch test and I guess I can say that this is different from the toners I've used in the past.
New evening routine: HL Cleansing Oil > Cosrx GM Cleanser > HL Premium HA lotion > Nacific Phyto Niacin Essence (used every other day) 

Melano CC
-I read somewhere that should be applied on clean face for this one to take full effect. (Need some confirmations on this one)
-Should be stored in the fridge so that it can last longer.
-Should the first item be correct, my New evening routine 2.0 would be: HL Cleansing Oil > Cosrx GM Cleanser > MELANO CC > HL Premium HA lotion > Nacific Phyto Niacin Essence (used every other day) 


Any advice would be super helpful 😊😊😊 also do these japanese products expire within 12 months after opening?
