So I know that after cleansing your face you use toner and after that do you do the serums first or moisturizing?

Has anyone used toners as makeup setting spray? Did it work well? I know theirs some toners you can use as makeup setting spray, specially the toners that have a spray applicator. I know I have a toner somewhere that said that it could be use as a makeup setting spray as well. 

I'm running low in my current makeup setting spray so I was wondering if anyone has used one of their toners for that. I know probably the best ones are the toners that are like oil based more than water but idk.

This is definitely a repurchase. This cream did a great job at keeping my skin from peeling when using retinol products. 

I find this to be a little to fragrant for me but other than that it's great.
